I wonder how the other guys would react if they were in the same position. Seriously that would be insane. Imagine how insanely pissed off some of them would be and the others in pure shock. I can't imagine Hanako though. If the artist could make their reaction too, that'd be great. Think of it as a way to show just how much they love and would want to protect Ayano.

I'm guessing from both pictures and the video that the scenario went something like this.
Ayano broke Asu's heart during their interactions together as seen in the video. Sometime later other people must have found out and thought it'd be a good idea to "get back" at Ayano for doing so. This leads me to believe that possibly individuals from the swim club MAY have been involved in it or better yet Musume Ronshaku and her associates. The reason why I believe this is because if you look through this artist's other drawings you'll find one of her holding a pair of red scissors and obviously tormenting someone off screen while filming them with her phone.
Now since Musume's father is in fact a loan shark, as shown in YandereDevs previous builds discussing Kokona and her father's debt, it is entirely plausible that she has experience in tormenting others like her father and may have others to do things for her, possibly the delinquents or her fathers associates, although the former makes sense because it would be easier for students to get on campus rather then random adults but still you can leave that up to your imagination.
In any case the "bullying" event occurs in which Ayano in raped and possibly filmed by Musume as shown in the other picture. Asu goes to find Ayano, whether to make up with her or by hearing she is in danger and tries to help doesn't matter. He gets there just as the "deed" has been done and kills the attackers finding Ayano in the state she's in and feeling guilty about not getting their sooner and by assuming he was responsible, which would obviously be not true but that sort of thing is natural to believe.
Now I use the term "bullying" event because knowing Ayano's personality and willingness to kill it's HIGHLY unlikely she would put up with any sort of bullying for a long period of time which leaves me to believe this "event" only happened once. I meant she killed people for A LOT less so this would make sense.Β
In any case Ayano's broken, Asu feels guilty, Musume's is probably dead (or really hurt and ran off to get revenge if you want to continue on the story that way), and odds are when mama (Ryouba Aishi) comes back there is literally going to be a blood bath the size of a god damn swimming pool. Remember, every female in Ayano's family is in fact a Yandere so killing is something they have very little trouble doing.
The next part would probably be a recuperating series for her, although if you want to make things darker you can also write that Taro (senpai) went out with some other girl during the time of her trauma recovery, so that leaves her even more fragile. Asu comes in to help and she gradually falls for him, although still very tramautized (or not since she can't feel too many emotions, but that's up to the writer). You can even have a intimate scene between Asu and Ayano if you want the whole love effect to be more dramatic and possibly passionate and/or romantic, however it would be have to be written well to convey the message that it's a love and a trust thing but once again this is up to the writer.
Anyways I hope this helps any fanfiction writers get an idea on what CAN be done. You don't have to use this but if it helps that I hope you do well. Also check out the Musume drawing to prove my point if you want.

Only reason I ask is I see the blood, which can imply she got fatally wounded and Male! Asu didn't get there in time, or she took her own life after the fact. Or it could mean her virginity was taken from her (as that actually happens with girls.).Β
