Description
After a year and some change, I'm getting some drawing in.

This was initially done as a challenge between me and a friend states away I'll be seeing soon. I figured I'd go straight to the manga, as I haven't seen anything Naruto related in nearly a year.

Gotta say, even though I hate Sasuke and Sakura, I like this kid. Hopefully Naruto will be able to help her, if Kishi writes it that way.

Fun fact: first time I've drawn someone with glasses. The middle part above the nose annoyed me as to how it looked in the manga, and I tried to fix to be correct positioning.
Fun Fact #2: 2nd time I've drawn someone with tears.

Different shades of pencils used, as well as some whiteout for the highlights in the lower picture. For the top, I tried erasing through key sections to "indicate" (Mark Crilley) reflection from the glasses. Hopefully it turned out ok.

I tried more techniques I generally use in digital art on the lower panel to see how it worked. I like it more the top, where I used...whatever else.
