My Matryoshka Gumi cosplay for Kuroneko Con 2012. It's still missing a few pieces; gloves and contacts. But, other than that, I think it is pretty good for my first cosplay ever.

I bought the red jacket at Fred Meyer and had the felt lying around. Got the craft glue at Walmart.
