Big fan of this style. Β Was in a huge list of artworks and this is the one that caught my eye, so this one gets a favorite from me.

This is a very different style compared to the Eddard Stark painting.
I like that you have used red in the shadows and dabs of green on the face, this loose style of painting adds variety to your gallery.

I agree, it is very uncommon seeing Danny around such cool colours, but then again, it really suits her skin and hair tones, I think you chose well with the bluish, I really like how it turned out, nice job!
