This is pretty in a psychedelic way. From the title of this picture as well as looking at it seems that she is sitting (chilling no less) on a lily pad while their are other lily pads in the background. The way you coloured this is neat and the person who drew looks cute and her outfit looks unique. It has that psychedelic look to it. It looks like a sweat shirt that came out of the Unites States during the sixties.
Overall this is uniquely good. ^_^

I have to say, . . . I really like the layout and the placement of color that you used. The combination is both striking and beautifully vivid. The only suggesting I would have would be to add a little more shadow underneath so that it's easier to tell what she's sitting on, but other than that this is a very awesome piece. Love the incorporated texture that was used as well. Very good job on everything.
