This picture took me about a week to finish.This is an enviroment thing I did for work and it's in a gallery for an art show right now actually. C:
I wanted this to be happy with cute colors.
It's a bit surrealistic but it's also is a note of global warming and that the earth might get flooded when the polar ice melts.
I just didn't want to draw something dark about the theme as usual. I wanted to draw a cute, innocent part of it.
Why goldfishes? Because they are so cute!! And they look great againts the blue sky.
I hope you like it!
I really want to envolve in Digital Art and get better!
But I always end up doing Fanart instead....

Okay, so rendered is how well the colors and shadows blend right? I try to google, but I seriously have no idea what render means! xD

This looks absolutely fantastic! Global warming aside, the perspective here is done really well! That wonderous sense of surrealism is beautifully portrayed, and I especially enjoy how the sky is reflected on the glass windows. Mind if I ask how you rendered the buildings? Either way, fantastic job, worthy of being in an art show!

I don't really know what rendering means to be completely honest. I taught myself photoshop so. ;w;
But I first drawed with the line tool to make the buildings straight and then I filled it in with the brush so it didn't look "too perfect". xD
I then drew with my blending brush on a layer on top of it to add shadows and light.
The windows were just "holes" and then I copied my sky to a layer under the builings and used warp to fit them in the windows and made them fit with the angle to get the mirror look.
I have no idea if that answered your question. But I tried! C:
