I know ice cream vans are considered creepy by many, but you really took it to a new level. I assume the long arms and the distorted speech bubble telling Mimi to come to him are references to the Slender Man.

The whole page is stunning but I gotta give extra mention to the top panel. The perspective shot is absolutely marvelous! The lighting and shadows really set the mood!

Oh, so much that comes to mind in this page.
For a start, I can't read what Creamy is saying at all. And I'm very glad of it. It looks like, "Come to me, and fulfill your purpose", but I could be wrong. In any case, I agree with Mimi's reaction 100%. I also really like how the text along the rim of the cone is changing too. That's a very nice little bit of extra creepiness.
And too bad about the aquarium being derelict. Mimi could have grabbed a mackerel, dipped it in some standing water, then wave it at Creamy (pity she can't say prayers). Maybe not problem solved, but better then nothing.

That talking cone action is definitely Mr. Creamy's unique way of communicating when his nightmare fuel static isn't being understood. All that clever cone design is credit to swauger as it's his spookilicious character!
