I had been trying to draw a pony for two hours without success when I saw these, and got so irritated of your skills that I downloaded them and traced them in order to learn some magic.
I actually learned something from it, so thanks for making this series, it's a perfect study
Did you draw these from imagination or from refs?

Mimicing he way you make the legs slightly triangle-y helped a lot!
Also, while at it, you paint such lovely backgrounds, I suppose the only way to accuire those skills is to practice with reference pictures?
