I finally got around to making my little puppet girl into a doll ^^ Funnily enough she was created to become a custom and I never got around to it XD;;; but squee, here she is now.

She obviously started as a SS Frankie. I had at first thought to fully/ partially reroot her (making her a basic Marie) but I do like this hair cut, it’s the right color, and after removing all the black, I was sick of hair XD;; But I like it, it’s very Marie (almost her FB hair) so I’ll make this her SO design since she didn’t have one *adds to list of drawings to be done later*.

Her upper arms and legs are painted brown; her lower arms and legs are painted a darker gray, while her hands, feet, body, and head are the original gray color. Marie is a very large puppet after all, so she was made with what was available…and not 100% matching Her choker is also painted on. I repainted 90% of her eyes; I left the original irises, but colored the whites black and the pupils silver in an attempt to mimic the way I illustrate her eyes while keeping the MH style to them. They’re creepy and the silver really hides the irises, but they’re so cool. I added pearly pink to her make up; also removed the stitch on her face.

Her clothes consist of a modified DatM/KS Ula top (ruffle removed; half the mesh sleeves removed) and barrette, a modified 1600 Ula skirt (belt bow removed), repainted GB Ula shoes (yellow bows painted pink), and 2 pink GB Deena earrings as bracelets.

I love how she came out; she’s so creepy yet so cute, just like Marie should be. The only downside to this is the fact she has ears; idk if many people know this fact, but Marie actually doesn’t have ears XD;;;; but that’s ok, sooooo not a big deal. I think the Frankie face mold suits her nicely.

So that’s my darkly cute puppet girl Marie. All “dolled up” so to speak XD;;;
