He was a Leader most would follow as he was a True Leader of men. He led from the front and that is how you do it and why he was despised so much. That and he told the truth to a Congress hearing about corruption throughout the GRANT Administration.
He and his "WOLVERINES" were one of the major factors Washington DC didn`t fall into Confederate hands with his constant charges into the Rebel Artillery. Then there`s Gettysburg at Brandy Station where Custer`s Cavalry engaged Rebel Cavalry.
G A Custer is certainly one of those individuals that you either like or hate (though are not all Maverick Commanders).
Excellent job with this piece, it truly does justice to Custer and your talents.

he was a butchering racist thats what he was, killing inocent men, woman, children.
he got what he deserved at that last battle.
Custer was in no way a hero in any way shape or form.

He wasn't a racist. At Belknap's trial, he publicly stated that he had the utmost respect for Indians. He said "If I were an Indian...I would greatly prefer to cast my lot among those of my people who adhere to the free open plains, rather than submit to the confined limits of a reservation." How was he a hero in no way? If you even bothered to see his Civil War actions, you would view him as one of the greatest generals of the Civil War.

Awesome work, one day you should try to color some of the Indian chiefs like Sitting Bull and Red Cloud.

I learned about him in history. He was a very interesting man, considering Custer's Last Stand and all. Excellent coloring, you, like many artists here, have a beautiful gift.

No problem, I adore your work. But, alas, I think everyone mostly knows about Custer's last battle
