Well, here is my custom/fan-made design of Chase's Charizard new Mega Evolved form - Mega Charizard Z.

Just like Pokémon Origins, Mr. Fuji give a pair of mysterious stones to Chase. When Chase asked what the stones were for, Mr. Fuji told him that he would find out soon enough.

While Charizard battled Rhyperior at Viridian City Gym, Mr. Fuji understood that Chase's only hope of victory lied within the stones he had given to him. The stones, revealed to be a rare Charizardite Z and a Key Stone, gave Charizard strength to rise from the brink of defeat and Mega Evolve into Mega Charizard Z. This new power gave Charizard the ability to defeat Rhyperior.

As for his design, his color palette is from Fire God Dragon Ignia from Fairy Tail, and added wing patterns from Rathalos and Rathian from Monster Hunter video games on both his wings and his stomach and chest, and small teeth besides his four fangs.

As I said, this design is my custom form and is not an official form, but it only happened in my Pokémon story.

His size is twice bigger as an average Charizard and his muscular arms make him stronger.

His Mega Evolved form has two special traits from two Mega Charizards; he got Mega Charizard X's strength and Mega Charizard Y's speed.

Mega Charizard Z's wings are larger than an average Charizard's wings, and it helped him to fly faster.

Also, there's a legend about this Mega Charizard Z that represents himself as the King of the Dragons and gives the order to all of the Dragon-Type Pokémons to protect the world from natural disasters, rouge Pokémon, and evil organizations.
