I think it looks good. The hair is nicely coloured/shaded. ^^ The breasts look a little off, though: it looks as if they're being pushed up some by the belt, but the belt looks loose on them (I'm sceptical that the belt would fit that loosely, following the contours of the chest like that, but with the breasts not sagging from gravity like that).
