Emily was the towns librarian, in her hands was the knowledge of the world. From a young age Emily taught Cedric to read and write will keeping him hidden from the world. At age 12 he successfully memorized every page of every book in her library. Yearning for more knowledge he decided go on his own at the age of 17. He then came upon the town Lydell where he lived for about 3 years. After hearing stories of the Blackwell Estate he decided to apply for a job working in the Staff library were he now resides.
