Woah. Both dense and intense, with an oddly organic vibe, like a living black hole of sound pulsing out some ancient plant. It's kinda disturbing, too.

This looks interesting. Reminds me of a friend of mine who has the same drawingstyle. Kewl stuff.

I am sure they do. Got link to his works? I wanted to ask you, what size of paper do you use for portraits? They look small, or is it the scanner? On the other hand, there's plenty of details, which would be hard to pull out on a small sheet of paper, unless with a very hard, thin pencil.

Not exactly what I had in mind. Agree with you on eyes, but up to a point. Eyes are fascinating in their own way, but they are for seeing, and lips are for touching. Of course one can argue that it is possible to touch someone with your gaze, but even if that was possible, you would see thousands of strangers every day and still offer your lips to only one person (if any). I'd love to draw eyes, but this time I want more sensuality and more physical intimacy. You know, later on I intend to show my notebook personally, to a very limited audience, in an irresistibly seductive manner...
Hope you understand now, that I won't just google for images of lips. Not gonna waste my time for something I don't find personally fascinating or something that was already seen by thousands of people. I'm still figuring out where to get my lips from

The quality of the line is gorgeous! There is something about painting fast that puts in a lot of emotion to every trace through pressure.
I would suggest a soft underlying sketch with a slight longer observation time than 20 min, since a strong base structure would allow the organic figures to have a deeper contrast with the inorganic ones. This I'm saying, is due to the eye-circle thing at the top, which gives the sensation of melting above the rest. And since it's a circle like the speakers, it looks a little odd. Mainly a concept thing than a technical one.
In anyway you decide to work in the future, don't ever loose the capability of printing your thoughts through the pen(markers) pressure... That is a rare gift, a really wonderful one.

This reminds me of the man who paints such realistic things on sidewalks that people actual avoid walking over his painting of a broken sidewalk, a fountain with statues inside, afraid of falling in or something. : P it's just very realistic to me, and seem more deep and maybe hole-like.

I've seen this kind of sidewalk art before. It's great stuff. Thought you might like to check it out.

This piece is really nice. There's something classical about it. I guess it's in the way you made wuick and light marks around the edges. The contrast and depth is great, and I like the organic symmetry it has. Very nice indeed.
