Description
Its unfinished, but I've decided to upload it contrary to other unfinished works. I can not stand being a half-ass, but its therapeutic to me in a way to put it out there anyway.I started to project into the work some unwelcome feelings that was going on at the time, and it would return whenever I'd decide to work on it further. When you put all of yourself into your work, it can have some drawbacks.
Hope some will like it. I'm suffering from "render-machine" burnout. In my own work and in others.

This is wonderful~ I love the high chroma purple and the bright edge of the glass on the visor, especially. Really great atmosphere and details. The sky, also, is really gorgeous!

Every time I keep coming back to this to leave a comment I get kind of lost while studying the picture and then forget how to put stuff into words. For a work that's not quite finished yet it contains quite a lot of depth, I find myself leaning closer without realizing it

Oh so that explains what I'm going through lol, based on your description. I am burned out myself :< I just roll my face on the tablet which results in a half assed image. 
But this piece still looks beautiful <3

I have to say I really like both versions. I liked the graphic novel, B&W version but this one is definitely more atmospheric. Very nicely painted sky, and the shading/under lighting really works in the face
