Prismacolors 4 lyfe. So um, I got hit up for a suuuper cool project and I have to take back my promise. Won't be submitting some paintings until Feb probably. Sorry. You just get sketches for now. D:I did a series of arbiters. Men/Women who magically locked away the will of people under certain crimes. No jail, just existing among his/her peers without the ability to speak or defend themselves. These guys were judges, but had outdated ideals from its population due to their ability to age beyond normal lifespans and were never replaced by any electoral means.

Very interesting design. Took me time to figure this out at first. It appears so abstract on first sight. :3
Btw. is that his name, Hexes? Reminds me of the german word for wizards: Hexe or Hexer(for the males), very fitting to their abilities it seems.

Thats really cool. I didn't know the German origin and makes me want to do more actually. His name isn't Hexes. Just a name I came up with like casting "hexes". Seems lame in comparison XD
I think I do like concepts similar this though. Kind of romanticizing the archetype of wise keepers that are above a general populace.
