ItΒ΄s beautiful Roger! Looks like full of slow and charming movement. Very poetic milk jellyfish, I am imagining how they are petting my throat and stomach and going to my brain cells to make me smiling and happy... WouldnΒ΄t it be nice to drink something like this? Are you depressed? Take a glass of happy milk shake!

If milk was milk I would... these days they take the natural fat out and use if for something else, and then put different fat in for those who want milk which is more fully flavoured than low fat milk. That's why full fat is more expensive. At least, that is what I've heard... and I feel in my heart that it's true

I drink watery fatless milk. At my age I must be careful about cholesterol.
My husband had a heart attack at 50. Now we are very careful.
I use olive oil and rapeseed oil for salads.
No animal fat.
I make a pint of sugarless cocoa for my breakfast. I'm quite used to it. It's fine. You get used to very little sugar.

Good night Roger.

I've never heard about what you say here.

Maybe it's just an urban myth, or something they do in the Czech Republic...

I also try to eat healthily... but have a weakness for sweet things

There are rules about it here.
There are also persistent rumours.

The Brits used to think that Brussels forbid curly cucumbers. Silly people.

In the world of business, food and health, I'm ready to believe almost anything. The worst is very often true

I was thinking just now. When they make either pasteurised or sterilised milk they first take out the cream then put some back. I can't remember the details. I read about it once. Maybe that is what makes people think they don't put cream in it.
Full cream milk is more expensive because they can't do anything lucrative with the cream.

Sounds logical... but I think I still prefer to believe the worst
