Personality: A closed book to those who don't know her. Cass was once a dorky university student studying game design. Nowadays she is suspicious of strangers and riddled with guilt from her past. She can be a bit crass and nosey as she is interested in the lives of strangers. Cass will often volunteer for jobs that are too dangerous for others to do. She is quick on her feet and brave to a fault. She has a soft spot for children and will never leave someone behind.

Pre-Apocalyptic History: Cassandra was always a clever kid obbsessed with horror video games. She belongs to a large family and always had a lot of friends and family around her. When she turned 19 she left her parents to move out on her own and study game design at a university a few hours away. It was during this time the infection struck.

Post-Apocalyptic History: Cass spent the first two weeks of the infection hiding in her apartment. After that she went out scavenging for food and ran into a little girl, Olivia. Cass and Olivia wandered together and eventually joined up with a larger group. The group managed to survive together for 6 months before they were seperated. In the confusion the little girl was bitten and Cassy had to deal with her turning. She doesn't reveal the details to strangers but the loss of her young friend took a devastating toll on her emotionally.
She wandered for a few weeks on her own before getting lost in the wilderness. She was found by a man named Harris who took her in and taught her to survive by setting traps and hunting animals. She spent 3 months with him in a crappy shack out in the middle of nowhere.
One day though he went hunting and didn't come back. She searched for him and found him -turned- out in the woods. She put him down and regrouped before setting out on her own alone again.
After a few weeks wandering alone, weak and exhausted, she came upon the Hospital and, after scouting it out for a few days, went to them asking for shelter and supplies. It was her intention to only remain for a few days, but she found herself well looked after and in decent company. So she's staying, for now.

Additional Information:

+ Cass carries a loaded pistol with 2 shots with her at all times. She will never fire these shots, nor admit to the gun being loaded if someone were to ask.
+ She has a Scottish accent.
+ She has braces and laments the fact that she will never be rid of them.
+ Can set snares and walker traps.
