Description
Had originally planned on doing one of the dragons blue, but with all the red and the layout of the picture, the blue would have been out of place.I'm please with how this turned out either way, though it took longer to finish than I had thought....of course it doesnβt help when all the red markers you're using die on you and you have to make a trip into town to replace them....It almost makes me want to try digital again.XD

Yeah, and there is also a blue dragon in the episode where Zuko and Aang meet the Firebending Masters. I think in the dream a blue dragon was used because it is the color of Azula's fire.

I was actually tossing around the idea of designing a dragon tattoo for myself. I like the look of these dragons, though I'd like to refine the design a bit more before getting the tattoo.

This looks fantastic! I think the dragons are probably my favourite part, probably because I'm just a sucker for dragons. And of course Zuko looks as awesome as ever.

And you're really good with traditional stuff, which seems to be pretty rare now. I think it'd be a bit of a shame if you REALLY decided to digital.

From the few times I've dabbled with it, I don't think I'd ever switch compleatly over to digital. It doesn't feel real to me, though I'm not saying there isn't any beautiful art done in digital, because there is. But for me I like having paint or marker stains on my hands when I'm done, or smelling the paint and ink while I'm working. You just don't get that with digital.

simply stunning! I love what you did with the dragons. I almost didn't realize at first that they were color-reversed (one being red on yellow, the other yellow on red)
and of course, I LOOOOOVE how you always draw Zuko. he's just all around awesome!
