i think my favorite water levels are the mega man ones, because there is no real limitation by oxygen, or by requiring swimming or anything. it doesn't hinder your movement very much because you can jump higher, and the worst part about them is that they usually throw in a bunch of spikes to avoid. i guess they just think water and spikes go hand-in-hand for some reason.
