Yeah the size is right, but now just bring out the elbow for a more natural look. ^^ Hint I use my sister or my self as a body/positioning model base.
I was looking at the picture and place my arm over my chest like how you've drawn it, its a trick I use when I'm drawing, and trust me when it comes to shoulders, arms and hand hands, I have the same trouble. 
Just bring the forearm and elbow out alitte more. Other then that It really looking nice. Yay Russia~

Of course, you're right about the ellbow - if it was tilted a little to the side, it'd look more natural.
The thing you mentioned about the posing: I actually do that too haha.
