Thank you very much! It's a very easy way to blur it with Photoshop.
Select entire image > Filter > Motion Blur > 90 degrees > 400 meter distance. Voila!

It's a really simple trick too. To get this effect, just take a basic photograph of trees (thick woods with big tree trunks are ideal). Open Adobe's Photoshop Creative Suite and click on Filter > Blur > Motion Blur. Set the angle to 90, so that the blur is vertical and set the distance to approximately 400, or however intense you want the effect to be. Voila!
