It's surprisingly in South Carolina! It's such a country and conservative state, with one of the most beautiful coastal resorts EVER. It's crazy. And it's cheap! You should go, if you can.

I just saw that you live in Canada! South Carolina is too far for you, but you should totally check out British Columbia and their provincial parks. It's crazy-beautiful.

Beautiful! The contrast is great, and the piece is perfectly balanced.
If I had to suggest anything, I'd dodge the area in the center where it's brightest and make it a bit brighter. To me, I think it would give the piece a deeper contrast between the darkest and lightest parts.
Other than that, awesome job.
