You should have it evolve into a Electric-Ghost Mouse Pokemon

I even got a name and Entry

You can only evolve this thing into it when its holding the Reaper cloth and Use a Dusk Stone on it when its night.

These Pokemon are highly hostile towards humans and uses its Scythe Like Tail to Reap the souls of the most Vile of Pokemon or Humans. If any kind Hearted souls cross its path, it gives them a warning shot of its elusive Soul Bolt Attack to warn those with Kind hearts and Pure souls, to NOT challenge its Deadly Power.

Hex Maniacs use these Pokemon All the time when you fight them.

The user blasts a Thunderbolt made out of the Souls of the Damned Pokemon that were Reaped of them when they were Being Bad.
Will leave the Foe too Scared to move for about 5-6 Turns and/or could make the Foe Paralyzed.

Let me know whatcha think? Cause, I would like to see a Drawing of that or See if Nintendo will take that as a hint for a more.....Grim Generation after Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon!
