One of the best female leads in any anime, and most certainly the best female lead in Pokémon. She definitely deserves to return, at the very least so she is actually allowed to continue her Water Pokémon Master goal instead of becoming a JJM-style punching bag aka being a Gym Leader, especially when AG started making the GLs pansies from here on out.
