It can have two different abilities Tough Claws and Sniper. Both ability are fantastic for it. It can learn really good physical moves; Razor Shell, Skull Bash, Stone Edge, Night Slash, Fury Cutter, Power-Up Punch, Dragon Claw, Cross Chop and the OP Shell Smash.Β You should EV train its Sp. Defense and Attack and you get a monster.

sounds good... but any drawbacks to it? I mean, i already have a water type in the form of Greninja and an excellent rock type in the form of Tyrantrum

Well, if you have both types this Pokemon is unnecessary. The drawback is the 4Γ weakness against Grass types. It (Barbaracle) only has 70 Speed but this is not that bad.

I seriously can't be the only one thinking about the Game Grumps when I look at Binacle's two faces.
Btw, to those calling Binacle ugly, have you people even SEEN a real life barnacle?
They're pretty horrific looking.

Also, that's the type of barnacle Binacle is based on; the goose neck barnacle.
