here's how to get a Pancham (or Pangoro) with Scrappy in Pokémon Sun/Moon:
1) get yourself a Strong Ghost-Type who can learn False Swipe (Alolan Marowak, Shedinja, Honedge or it's Evolutions, or Decidueye.)
2) go to any route that has Pancham.
3) find a Pancham and start an SOS battle with it with an Adrenaline Orb. (you can buy them from any Pokémon Center.)
4) False Swipe it to Red HP and wait for it to call for back-up. (Pangoros don't call for backup, you Must leave a Pancham alive or the chain will break)
5) keep fighting Pancham and Pangoro, do not let the chain break. you're looking for a Pancham or Pangoro who can actually hit your Ghost, which should have a small chance of appearing after the tenth successful call for help. (if the new Pancham/goro that appears says it has Mold Breaker, kill it immediately, that's not what you're looking for.)
(you're especially lucky if the Scrappy you find is a Pangoro, since they don't call for help and interfere with you trying to catch it.)
