Volcanion, the Steam Pokemon. This Legendary Pokemon drinks water and uses the tubes on it's back to create pressurized steam. The hot water it creates can be shot out at massive speed to clear away rock and sand. Volcanion was recently captured and forced to create an endless energy supply at a powerplant, as such it is wary and distrustful of humans.
