What program are you using for it?
It's usually pretty easy - you just need to start with a canvas which fits Squiby and resize it later.

May I ask how u managed to shrink it down to squiby size without reducing the quality to crap? when i do that mine ends out like crap

I just reduced the resolution. You could also try to sharpen it beforehand.
