Now, filled with the need of revenge, he tries out his new stuff on Dust and Insanity.
Insanity literally gets vaporized by a black hate orb, Insanity now being just a pile of ashes.
Before Dust could flee he got brutally tortured before being brutally murdered.
Seeing all of this, Killer was kind of frightened, frightened that he may do much more than just kill those two and so he traps him in an unknown dimension of pure nothingness, hoping he will be stuck there for eternity.
