I don't think so. D:
According to Google image, Ayce has nuclear red (Not ruby red) and black hair. The hair doesn't fray out like crazy, instead there are two hair tails. It's even parted and uneven. The glasses are black and square (Not red old lady glasses) and she's incredibly short.
As for Kio, she looks like an innocent little girl (Not a womanizer XD) her skin is light purple and her hair is black and purple that forms into two big braids tied together with orange bows.
I don't even have to explain the differences between Ciel and Akuma.
