Ok so I fit in as many bleach ocs as I could on this picture unless I was ganna put some of them in the air like they were flying...to lazy to do that atm so for now I shall call this the finished product.Here are 7 of the 16 seated members of a group I joined not all that long ago named Squad Omega. (as the title would suggest)
I hope I got your characters right. I did what I could based on the descriptions given or what references I had. Anyway thanks for letting me draw your characters all of you.
Ok now time to tell you who these people are and who they belong to (and if you have any questions about any of there characters you are best off going to their creator.)

Yashi: *standing atop a building he held out his hand and began drawing a symbol in the air at the massing group of Menos infront of him* Disintegrate, you black dog of Rondanini!! Look upon yourself with horror and then claw out your own throat! *the incantation wouldn't normally be needed but it boosted the natural power of the spell* GEKI *severl of the menos were surrounded by a red glowing light stopping them in place*

Kage: *flash stepping behinde Yashi Kage looked on as many of the menos were being held in place by Yashi's spell* *while remaining silent Kage took into account how many of the menos were frozen*

Yashi: you the support they sent? *he asked turning around* Squad Omega 14th seat Yashi, you are?

Kage: Yes I am. I am Kage, 16th seat of Squad Omega and 8th seath of The Hollow Riders.
*A rather large dog creature suddenly appears next to Kage, it however didnt flash stepped; instead it used the hollows version of a flash step. It was also dressed in plates of armor*

Yashi: *grinned when he saw the dog* nice dog, be good to have something like that running around, managed to freeze some of them up,

Kage: Thanks and I can see that. *Kage sighed as he drew his zanpakuto and held the sheath in his other hand*

Yashi: *drew his two blades aswell and ran off the rooftop* KRAKATOA!! *he swung a blade at one of the Menos sticking it into it's flesh*

Kage: Well lets just end this and go. *kage ran off the roof towards any grouping of Menos he could see* *The dog gave off a howl that echoed through the air and ran off at the Menos Yashi has just stabbed*

Yashi: good dog *begins to slide down the hollows body slicing it open*

Kage: *flash steps in front of a hollow and then begins to raise is wild spiritual pressure, acting like a becon to attract as many of them as he can. His spiritual pressure seems to easily rise above that of an average captain rank*
*The dogs claws begin to glow as it slices its prey with them.*

Yashi: *he releases his blade into it's Shikai state and leaps up and off the freshly opened flesh of the menos and begins to spin like a drill and ignighting red hot flames as he charges through it, comming out the other side with a hunk of flesh hanging from his mouth that he continues to eat*

Kage: *finishes building up his spiritual pressure. Then with shocking speed he darts to a menos and swings his sword cutting out a huge chunk of flesh.* This is all just to easy...
*The dog turns and begins to charge a cero from its mouth aiming towards some of the menos behinde Kage*

Yashi: don't get cocky or they'll eat you pretty and your little dog too

Kage: I think I will manage. Dont forget to watch your back as well though. *Kage then finished off the menos he had just struck with ease*
*The dog shot a red cero at one of the menos behinde Kage blasting a hole through it and harming any others in its path*

the remaining Menos begin charging ceros to fire back at the shinigami, the sky also begins to open as smaller hollows begin to fall down at them*
Yasha: smaller targets, fantastic, big ones or small ones Kage which do you want? *throws a large ball of fire at a charging hollow*

Kage: Doesnt matter to me really. Which do you want. *Kage then called upon his shikai, looking rather irritated he then swung his blade at some of the hollows in the distance. As he did so red wave flew forward charging at the menos.* Either way is fine by me. Not sure if shikai will be enough to handle this though. I hate to admit it but we may need to step up our game. *The dog then began to move it at the incoming smaller hollows.*

Yashi: *drawing another symbol he created a wall with a sealing spell to fend off a cero* the big ones won't be a problem for now, too slow, the small ones are the dangerous ones here*

Kage: Eh, I cant help but want to ask them to leave and see if they listen. *Kage then charged forward at more menos, dogding any ceros and doing what he could to avoid the smaller hollows. Ignoring any minor wounds Kage kept on giving a smile. The dog was cut off by an incoming cero and was forced back from its charge and gave off a small growl*

Yashi: ....*had to double check he heard Kage right* see if they'll listen? damn hollow riders *he charged into a groupe of hollows lashing with his glove weapons*

Kage: It was a joke. I know they would not listen to me, I just would like to avoid fighting if I could. Maybe if you showed them your bankai they would get scared and run. That or just aim for you I guess. *Kage released a red wave larger then the last one towards whatever stood in his path. Though out the fight it was clear Kage held no stance, it was as if he wasnt being serious or even trying.* I may have over done it that time...I guess I should of learned how to better control my spiritual energy better when I was younger, oh well to late now.
*The dog began to fight some of the smaller hollows evading the attacks and getting in some of its own as things went on*

Yashi: my Bankai? well sure it'll clear em out *he lands on a building and is mobbed by hollows* just need a few minutes *he swings his blades around combusting hollows as he goes*

Kage: Dog you heard the man, help him out. *Kage flash steps near him and begins to cut through the hollows there. His speed seems to of jumped, its clear he is trying a little more now. The dog followed in Kages example and began to cover Yashi.*

Yashi: all together now Bakudo number one SCYTHE *all the hollows began to bend back as if they were being held* okay that should give me a window *he put his blades together* Sesshoku Nansho Cerberus *his aura exploaded into a wave of flames when it died down Yashi now wore a suit of plated armour (sketch [link] )*

Kage: *remained in his relaxed stance and glanced at Yashi's bankai.* Interesting...Well if nothing else your bankai looks cool and is flashy, now what say you? Shall we clean up here? *The dog charged a cero and got ready to fire it, its eyes glanced back at Yashi taking note in the sudden change and boost in spritiual pressure*

Yashi: *swings the broad blade around causing a concentrated wave of heat to slice up a some smaller hollows easily*

Kage: *flash stepping near Yashi he looks at the rest of the hollows that remain* So you think you can handle all of them on your own now? *Kage gave off a smile and the dog fired off its cero at some hollows*

Yashi: yeah I think I can manage that *his blades glow a violent hot red* Fire wheel *he begins to spin around fast and creates a hot ring that sweeps outward oblitorating hollows into ash*

Kage: Cool. That means I dont have to use my bankai. *kage smiles and returns his blade to its sealed state* Down girl. Let him have some fun as well. *The dog sits itself next to Kage and wags its tail*

Yashi: *he slices at the remaing menos ignighting them as they fall against eachother leaving a Barbequed mess, as more of the hollows retreat Yashi takes a slab of hollow flesh and begins eating as he heads back to Kage his Bankai disipating back into two swords*

Kage: There is no way that can taste any good, but to each their own. Also you wouldnt happen to know why there was such a huge collection of menos and hollows here would you?

Yashi: it's not too bad when cooked, and it beats the alternative, a grouping of souls would draw hollows like this in, fear the town may have a death cult or something, or there was a pandemic
