I can't even tell you if I did this right but I really enjoy this guy.
I had fun making his reference :0 I've seen a few ink and Paint OC's for BHNA after I made this and I cried cause they were so good...but it made me iffy on posting this boy...So I tried to use a different type of ink which in my case is a Tattoo. Hopefully no one had the same idea lmao.

Quirk Abilities:

o Tattoo placed on opponents body (temporarily) and will create a 'living tattoo'. Tattoo can be used as a weapon in battle, or even as a companion.

+ Can assist
+ Easy control
+ Ink Limits are noticeable

- Only lasts 2 minutes.
- Needs enough ink in a one mile radius. (needs to improve this)
- Body is Immobile for the 2 minutes the Tattoo is active.
- Opponent must be still long enough to have Tattoo drawn.

Anaki is often very lonely. People don't relatively see him as a loner but sense his calm, and careless attitude wont best him. Other may often ask, "Why do you want to be a hero if you don't really care?". He leaves that question unanswered. He isn't very good in social situations, sometimes giving off the wrong expression or emotions toward the wrong issues. Anaki is also the type to not exist for a few days having many people wonder where he has been, only to find he was hiding away creating designs of new tattoos for his quirk.
