Vin's description of T'llendonil:
T’llendonil is a bastard street rat who has survived thus far by his sheer hatred and an attitude so bitter even the Camonna Tong won’t accept him. Aside from his rotten luck and lack of charisma, what stands out most about him is his “complementary” war paint. T’l accents his sharp features by applying a new layer of blood with his fingers over the old, crusted lines. I’m still developing his character as I play through Morrowind but this is the gist of him thus far
