Story: The legend goes that after GIGAMOTH drifts off into hibernation, he had seemingly awakened two younger divine moths to takes his place during his absence. In the Phillipines, there was MOTHRA, and in Greece, particularly the island of Sparta, there was only BATTRA. According to Spartan history, the spartans believed that Battra was actually Ares but in a physical, earthbound form, and steadily grows from their offerings in the form of hearts from captured outsiders, mainly their enemies. Because of how he was treated, Battra would come to learn to take humanity's taste of war, and use them to his advantage. Once he had gotten tired of the taste, he wasted no time in desolating the island, and a good portion of Greece, and even to parts of Italy. Some kaiju experts believed, that it was Battra who caused Mount Vesuvius to erupt.
