I feel like I might've deviated too much from the SU Homeworld gem style for the 2nd one; I purposefully did for the 3rd one though.

The 1st is her default outfit, she was never "poofed" until they were on Earth during the war. While on Earth, Pearl saw her first real rainbow and was absolutely mesmerized by it; so, when she was accidentally poofed during a self-defense training lesson (because she's a terrible fighter, to be fair though, she doesn't really try either) she chose to regenerate with an added rainbow flare.

The 3rd outfit was really just me playing around with the idea of her stuck on Earth after the war and in present day. She would never willingly leave White Diamond's side and would never become friends with the enemy, the Crystal Gems; however, she wouldn't pass up the opportunity to do whatever she wants for a change. Because of her skintone, she was passably human and just covered her gem under bangs during less openminded time periods.

Her Gem Weapon is a small and very slender rapier-style sword. She never really cared to try to learn how to use it; although, she did "try" to learn some self-defense at White Diamond's request but after she was accidentally poofed, her instructor labeled her a lost cause which she didn't mind at all if it meant she didn't have to train anymore. If she were stuck on Earth, she probably would've seriously tried to learn how to use her weapon again out of boredom, necessity, and to feel safe in a world she didn't know.
