Description
EFFECT:Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Special Summoned (from your hand) if you control 2+ face-up Level/Rank 6 or higher Dragon Monsters. You can only Special Summon “Heavenly Draconic Priestess” once per turn. When this card is Special Summoned: You can tribute 1 Dragon Monster with 2000 or more ATK you control to set 1 Spell Card from your Deck on your field. During your End Phase; receive damage equal to the tributed monster original ATK to activate this Card effect.
