My first look at this is that it is unfinished, but the more I look I see a wonderful technique, either by design or happenstance. Filling in the trees and remainder of the street is unneeded as it would not show off the detail of the building. Very good. Have to do this with my own sketches. Thank you.

the building's well done but it's the way you did the trees and the ink splatter that really completes the composition

Beautiful piece, I never head of toothpick technics, sounds interesting if you could elaborate a bit on it. I am guessing inking with a toothpick? I bow at your mastery of such technic that it blows my mind O_O
