ive been debating with myself: should i make a web comic or not??

aside from artist academy, my sister and i were planning on releasing a horror web comic called "Rural Legends" and we have everything set up in terms of plot but before that, we agreed to set our art style straight first before going into it. so i was thinking that i'm going to practice art and discovering what im really comfortable with by making another web comic with romance since it's easiest, and i was thinking of starting it with this kind of art style but i dont know :v im just really confused right now
