This is most impressive!
The background is very believable, and the pose is casual and realistic.
The colors are bright, but not -too- bright and the shading/lighting is awesome.
The anatomy is great as well.
I really like the way you did the light effects, they are -beautiful-.
I also like the untraditional way the sword is hanging off of her hip.
