I suddenly became a big fan of Vivian. Not totally sure why.BTW, did you know Vivian is actually trans, and not just a regular girl? Of course you did. But... don't tell her I said that. >.> <.<

Well, I've just decided to treat the japanese version as canon.

Yeah~. They did get the story to go along with that, didn't they? Trust me. I don't have a problem for those who believe it that way. I'm trying to come up with a different sorta way to relate w/the English version, but meh. The only thing I DON'T enjoy about Vivian being female is that fans depict her as a busty gal.

There are rare times where I complain about Nintendo, Shigeru Miyamoto or Intelligent Systems but most of the time, I tend to praise them. One of the things I would praise Paper Mario: Sticker Star is that it's the first Paper Mario game to finally be in British English. The majority of the time, Nintendo of Europe can't be arsed to translate the dialogue to British English whenever the games comes to the

Yes. That is true. There are little things I can argue about with NIntendo and Intelligent Systems. Most of my feelings are praise for them, but there are those little parts where I think to myself, "WHAT THE FLIP WERE YOU THINKING?!"

If it weren't for Shigeru Miyamoto telling Intelligent Systems what to do, we would have another awesome instalment to the Paper Mario series. I know he's Mario's creator and all, but he should have kept his mouth shut and stop criticising the Paper Mario series.

Tis true...Actually, there a different depiction of her gender in another translation. In the Italian version (This is probably the weirdest depiction of Vivian's gender I've seen.) Vivian is a female that used to be male...I don't even know how that works.

Vivian couldn't possibly be a boy! That's only technicalities found by the fans. The final version of her in the real works should be a girl. Why do people do these things to characters? It totally corrupts things.

Actually, there are rumors going about that there might be the slightest, teeny tiniest chance that Vivian in the Japanese version might be female. It could have been that the only evidence of Vivian being male was an insult. But hey, don't ask me about it. It's an ongoing debate.

Well... Because some people know how to read japanese, so they know what is actually said in the non-American version of the game... And since the japanese version was the source material, I figured that it was the closest to being canon.

Uh, no... In the original japanese translation, this is explicitly stated... But all the references to her being male were removed from the English translation.
