Geez soz i havnt been on deviant art in ages. My sis said it below. You cut out ur design on cardboard but be careful not to have rips or cuts and make it thick or it might bleed. Also do test runs.

She did it with silk screen and then stitched some details onto the flowers which u can't really see. If you're wondering why i know, i'm her sister lol
