A lil' card I drew up for my baby sister 's 15th birthday!!!!She got me into Owl City (it's just such freakin' HAPPY music, I can't not love it)

It's wondrous and beautiful. I love the happy summer mood it creates, complete with a warm breeze and the smell of the forest filling my mind.
What's also sweet is that you get along with your little sister so well. Most older sisters would have replaced the fine fireflies normally served with bees who were genetically altered to glow in the dark... to help find their target! But you even went and bought her those nice boots, so that's pretty cool in my book too.
By the way, congratulations on getting a chance to catch your breath for a while. But knowing you and your work, you'll be in heavy demand again soon enough.

Don't suppose you've heard of "Lucidity" by LucasArts? it's totally about a girl catching fireflies, and it's a really pretty game! it's very much along the same lines as this piece!
