Another oldy folks!Mew here's a character that just oozes cuteness. Another Jet Set Radio lady (I refuse to call it "Jet Grind...") I never used her much... being the avid Cube fan, but I love her design. This was done in Corel Painter with a kind of airbrushy, pastelly tool.

I feel so sheltered when people talk about these characters I've never heard of. Bah. At any rate, I love the color choices, especially that zing of pink on her rollerblades. She has kick-ass hair, too.
