That's it! This is the perfect description of how I see an otaku. Fat, thick glasses, five o'clock shadow, hairy, I don't see protruding lips but buck teeth are good too.

Oooh, good golly. I went to the Death Note movie tonight, and just as the movie ended, a guy who looked exactly like that (I kid you not) turned to us and went, "Man, who else wanted to rape L? I know I did!"
