For me, I think if Spider-Man wore the shoes, it would not improve the look, so I feel the same applies to Spider Gwen in my opinion

Well, I do agree that Spiderman is supposed to have thin "socks" because that's part of his power, y'know, and how he sticks to things. I kinda like her shoes for poses, but when I think of her in action wearing pointe shoes I'm all like, "Wut."
