the high ISO really distracts me with all the noise and it looks like you might have oversharpened or contrasted the neck making the skin look very odd
I like the DOF
and the lighting on the eyes bothers me a little...either she has two different color eyes or you brightened one eye or not the other or there just isn't enough light on the right eye. anyways its a bit distracting
