More Photoshop practice, this time with Chandelure and his merry band of Litwicks. He's off kilter a little bit, but I'm tired...just pretend he's flexing his left arm for now.This also marks the debut of my new graphics tablet (Bamboo), a birthday gift from my gf (~Wolvesmoon)
