Glad you like it.

I did these in Illustrator, using basic shapes, combinding them together and using the pen tool to make specific shapes (the aroma steam off the food - the punk's Mohawk in Defy Authority, the shape of the "real" woman in Beautiful Self, etc.)

The same tecnique could be done in photoshop as well
