AND NOW UPDATED/ACTUALLY HAS A STORY TO HIM. I would probably weep with joy if someone drew him waiting tables with a tray or plate on his head.

Waiter/Butler extraordinaire

Personality:
- Always grumpy
- Hard working
- Quiet
- Sort of thinks he is a human so he acts like it. (Perhaps he used to be a human... Perhaps he was turned into a cat and never really realized it.)

Important character design points:
- Short legs
- Is small
- Has a crooked/wonky tail
- Neck fur curls up from bowtie to create a slight illusion that he is wearing a Cravat.
______

Other important info/ect:
- Was born in Brussels, Belgium.
- Is half French, half Belgian.
- Has a job as a waiter in Paris and sometimes buttles on weekends.
- No one questions that he is a cat. (see above point)
- When he buttles and waits, he balances the trays and things on his head and walks on all fours or two legs depending on the weight of the meal. Then to reach table he either stands up on two legs or expects people to take it off his head for him. They do not question it.
- Although he acts human he doesn't speak English (that'd be weird right *laughs to self*), but when he meows it sounds like he is saying, "non!" really vaguely.
